All seats need to be reserved ahead of time with a credit card. Those wanting to be charged ONLY when checking in should contact us directly.
Minimum of two paying adults is needed to operate any Whistler sleigh tour. Prices subject to GST.
Customers must be at departure point 15 minutes before their tour time – ALL tours leave on schedule – guests who are late may miss their tour and face rescheduling. If rescheduling is NOT an option, guests will be charged as per our NO SHOW policy.
We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or tour changes. A cancellation occurring after this allotted time frame will be charged the entire amount of the tour of the tour.
For a “NO SHOW” guests are also charged the entire amount of the tour.
Guests must sign a Release of Liability for all tours.
Babies riding free must sit on a parent’s lap if the sleigh is full.
NO alcoholic beverages and NO pets allowed.
Blackcomb Sleigh Rides reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions or events beyond our control.
If there is NOT enough snow for our sleighs ALL Mountain Rides will need to be cancelled. If this is a concern for you please inquire about snow conditions when booking your sleigh tour.
